Get RS2 Leveling Macros And Leveling Shortcuts

Friday, February 18th, 2011

The latest RS2 updates are a skiller’s dream with updates for crafting, prayer, and agility. With these updates you’ll be able to do things such as create permanent agility shortcuts, scatter demon ashes, and make urns that benefit other Runescape 2 skills.

RS2 Urn Crafting
It doesn’t matter what your Runescape crafting level is you’ll now be able to create urns for prayer, woodcutting, mining, smithing, fishing, and cooking at any pottery oven. The higher you’re crafting level the higher quality your urns will be.

For more about crafting and to become the best at it put some Runescape guides to use. Or you can even automate the skill by using a RS2 crafting bot.

Demon Ashes and Prayer Urns
Demon slayer’s demonic prey now has a 100% drop. These are impious ashes, accursed ashes, or infernal ashes. These ashes can be scattered for XP or you can keep them to use at the Ecotfuntus where they work as pre-ground bones which will save you some grinding.

If that alone doesn’t save you enough time, you can utilize Runescape macros and have it do the work for you!

RS2 Shortcuts
The River Lum canoe system is made available to F2P (free to play) members. You’ll be able to build canoes at certain points along the Lum and take a one-way trip into the Wilderness. The canoe tutors will even lend you a hatchet!

You can also use your construction skill to create hidey-holes at crossbow shortcuts and rope racks at eagle eyries/Baxtorian Falls. There will be stored crossbows/grapples and ropes so you won’t need to bring your own for this shortcut.

How To Master Runescape 2 PvP

Wednesday, August 4th, 2010

Towards the end of July, Runescape 2 announced a huge international PvP War. Players fought their enemies in team-vs-team battles within their own language division.

Number of battles: 6
World: 21
Location: Centre of Barbarian Village
Dates: July 31st and August 1st

The battles were free-for-all and took place with 4 different teams of 2 language divisions. Each team had to wear a team cape to represent the team they were on.

If you’re thinking about joining the next international war, be warned that it is not for the weak and faint of heart. You’ll not only be going up against some of the toughest opponents from all over the world but you are also at risk for losing your armour, items, and weapons if you die in the battlefield.

If you want to support your language community and fight for honor and recognition, make sure you are well prepared or it could end up disastrous. You can seek out RS2 guides where you can learn from PvP masters or if you can use a Runescape cheat for quick and instant results.

Runescape recently introduced new improvements and new rewards for the skill, Dungeoneering. Some of the updates include:

Construction Hotspots
Dungeoneers can now use their Construction skill in a dungeon to build things in the start room. If you gave a hammer, some bars and logs that are found in the dungeon you can create

  • Farming patch
  • Group gatestone portal
  • Photo booth

Group Gatestone
This is the default location found in the Construction hotspot. A group gatesone is given to the party leader and those using it will be teleported to wherever their group gatestone is or to whoever is carrying it.

Hidden Resource Dungeons
High level dungeoneers will now be able to find secret dungeons that are scattered through the world of Runescape. These dungeons will give one-off Dungeoneering XP reward and also hold useful resources such as new rune rocks and greater number of ‘busy’ monster spawns.

If you’ve chosen the path of a Dungeoneer, to make your journey more successful you can make use of RS2 Dungeoneer guides that have been created by members who have mastered the skill. This is a new skill and starting out can be a little confusing. With the help of Runcescape 2 hints you’ve be able to pick up on things right away and level smoothly.

RS2 Bots- Increasing Your XP

Thursday, June 17th, 2010

This week Runescape introduced ancient effigies to the potential loot you can get when you defeat certain monsters and creatures. Members who are up for the challenge of going against stronger, more powerful enemies will be more likely to find ancient effigies.

When it comes to ancient effigies, the saying that knowledge equals power has never been more true. These rare drops require you to possess various skills between levels 91-97 so you can feed them knowledge and get to the object stored inside them. Each effigy craves knowledge and in return grants power.

The skills that are needed are always paired with another skill so you can have a choice of which to use

  • Agility or Crafting
  • Construction or Thieving
  • Cooking or Firemaking
  • Fishing or Farming
  • Fletching or Woodcutting
  • Herblore or Hunter
  • Mining or Smithing
  • Runecrafting or Summoning

That’s not all though, you will have to be especially knowledgeable in at least one the skill pairs to successfully investigate the effigy.

Starved ancient effigies require a skill level of at least 91 to investigate, and become nourished. Nourished ancient effigies require a skill level of at least 93 to investigate, and become satedSated ancient effigies require a skill level of at least 95 to investigate, and become gorged. Gorged ancient effigies require a skill level of at least 97 to investigate, and will crumble to dust, their mysterious purpose fulfilled.

The ancient effigies rewards you with experience in the skill that you used to feed it knowledge.

  • Starved effigies award 15,000XP
  • Nourished effigies award 20,000XP
  • Sated effigies award 25,000XP
  • Gorged effigies award 30,000XP

The rewards are great but the journey there is a bit gruesome. Especially for low level players who are far from the 91-97 level mark. But luckily there is assistance available. There are programs known as Runescape 2 bots that can help you get those skill levels to where they need to be in record time.

Busy with work or school? No problem. These bots will get to work for you while you are off living your life. So whatever skills you need to level whether it be mining, woodcutting, or crafting, just put these RS2 autos to work so you can start collecting your rare items.

The Latest Runescape 2 Bot

Monday, May 10th, 2010

Runescape 2 bots and macros are remarkable programs that are capable of proceeding with desired tasks and missions with any human intervention. Such programs are useful when you want relief from the grueling leveling, when there’s a task you do not want to do, or when your RS2 time is limited.

Here’s one of my favorite autos to use and also the latest RS2 bot craze: RS2 leveling bot. It basically automates everything in Runescape as well as solving the random events it may encounter. Some of what it can do is train skills such as mining, fishing, woodcutting, and also the ability to use RS2 money making scripts.

Some other features include:

  • Multi client
  • User friendly
  • Memory optimization features
  • Multi-threading scripts are an easy task and a convenience
  • Actions so human-like that it’s almost impossible to differentiate it from a real player

If you ever want a break from the grind, I think its worth checking out.

The New Runescape 2 Skill – Dungeoneering

Friday, April 16th, 2010

The new Dungeoneering skill is here! This new Runescape skill is available to F2P (Free to Play) gamers and all the equipment needed is provided to you upon arrival to Daemonheim. You can get there by taking a boat from behind the Al Kharid bank.

The Dungeonss of Daemonhein contains hundreds of new RS2 NPCs, locations, rooms and objects and is larger in size then Falador. This makes it the largest single Runescape 2 update ever.

Runescape 2 Dungeoneering requires you to fight monsters, solve puzzles, search for loot and keys, and also explore the dungeons until you come face-to-face with the epic boss monsters at the end.

This new RS2 skill has received some mixed reviews from players. Some like it, others say it’s pointless or it feels more like a minigame than a skill.

Luckily, for those of you that feel like it’s a waste of time but don’t want any low skill levels, there are Runescape 2 macros available to help you out. Macros can level for you by automating certain actions in the game.

For those of you ready to try out the new Dungeoneering skill, I suggest using RS2 hints to get you started and steer you in the right direction to level your skill in the most efficient way possible.

Keeping Runescape leveling Fun!

Friday, March 19th, 2010

Runescape leveling can get a bit boring and oftentimes I find myself looking for ways to stay entertained and keep the fun in the game. I admit, occasionally I will take advantage of a Runescape exploit which is basically a game bug or flaw that lets you do things not intended by the game makers. Yes, there is a small change of getting suspended when exploiting the game, but the benefits are usually well worth the risk.

For the most part, however, I stick to RS2 tips and tricks. I look to these tidbits of information for new and creative ways to play the game and perform boring tasks.

Something i recently discovered is Shattered Hearts, a Distraction and Diversion (minigame) that was recently released by Jagex; I find it extremely fun, as it distracts you from otherwise boring gameplay. It focuses around collecting strange rocks while hanging out at your house or practicing non-combat skills. Once you’ve found a strange rock you take it the archaeologist at Varrock Museum in exchange for some extra knowledge in the following skills:

  • Agility
  • Construction
  • Cooking
  • Crafting
  • Farming
  • Firemaking
  • Fishing
  • Fletching
  • Herblore
  • Hunting
  • Mining
  • Runecrafting
  • Smithing
  • Thieving
  • Woodcutting

Runescape: Leveling Your Character

Monday, October 27th, 2008

Runescape leveling is free for any character on your account, which is rare in the world of massive multiplayer online games. The game itself won’t cost you any money, although you may buy in game gold with real life cash. You might wonder what the purpose of buying gold is and how it will help you level in RS.

Gold allows you to purchase upgrades to your gear so that you can go through your quests easier. Easy quests means easier and faster Runescape leveling. Can’t buy gold? You can still get help for Runescape leveling by getting quest help either from other players or the directions for your quest. Tips are also available either in game or on RS2 forums.

The best way to go about Runescape 2 leveling is the same as every other MMO: questing. RS Quests will give you more experience than just killing things and also gives a better reward. Some quests may even progress your character’s story. If you get tired of questing, though, you can always take a break and just kill your favorite monsters to earn experience and continue your Runescape leveling. Just keep in mind that killing random monsters is more for fun and not an effective means of gaining a RS level.
