Runescape 2 Thieving Help

Friday, April 30th, 2010

Many have asked why there is no Runescape 2 thieving guild. Well an entrepreneur Darren Lightfinger came up with an idea and guild members are currently being recruited by him to help build a subterranean guildhall. He is giving rogue adventurers the tasks of ‘rescuing’ a valuable ‘artifact’ in the most recent Runescape quest: Buyers and Cellars.

This will be a perfect start to a long and memorable career as a thief. However this is only the start of what Darren has in mind for the thieves’ guild. After the quest, he has a series of other capers planned, each with increased complexity and requirements, to test the abilities of the RS2 thieving members.

As you go on to complete these thieves’ guild capers you will be rewarded with loot, XP, and most importantly, you’ll be contributing to the development of the Thieving Guild

    Start Buyers and Cellars:
Darren Lightfinger, in his cellar under the house north of Lumbridge’s furnace
Requirements to start Buyers and Cellars:
Completing Buyers and Cellars requires 5 Thieving; however, training will be offered to those of lower level. Post-quest Thieves’ Guild jobs will require increasingly higher Thieving levels.

If your thieving skill just isn’t at the level you want it to be or you need help on your adventurous as a thief you can utilize guides such as RS2 Thieving Guide: 1-99 easily or another option you have is to take advantage of Runescape autos to do your leveling for you.

RS2 Tricks: Bring Excitement Back Into The Game

Anyone who has played Runescape for awhile has probably at one point or another fallen victim of the repetition. Weeks or even months of doing the same things over and over again can sometimes get the best of even the most enthusiastic players.

Every once in awhile, Jagex change things up a bit or introduce new features to the game. This week’s game feature is the addition of unique challenges to the Slayer Masters of the world. So players who completed several assignments for a Slayer Master will sometimes be given the option of doing a special task instead of a regular assignment.

The tasks are optional and should you choose to complete these tasks, you’ll be rewarded with additional Slayer experience and /or Slayer points. The tasks vary according to which master you visit. Some of the special tasks include

  • Vannaka’s dragon hunting
  • Fulfilling Sumona’s vendetta against the Kalphite Queen
  • Running Duradel’s gauntlet of killing every creature in the Slayer Tower

While such new features such as this can be fun, some players like to take gameplay a step further by utilizing RS2 tricks. These tricks make the game even more adventurous by unveiling Runescape secrets and by enabling you to level faster than ever before. If you’re getting bored with the game or simply want to advance faster, tricks are definitely something that can help you along.

The New Runescape 2 Skill – Dungeoneering

Friday, April 16th, 2010

The new Dungeoneering skill is here! This new Runescape skill is available to F2P (Free to Play) gamers and all the equipment needed is provided to you upon arrival to Daemonheim. You can get there by taking a boat from behind the Al Kharid bank.

The Dungeonss of Daemonhein contains hundreds of new RS2 NPCs, locations, rooms and objects and is larger in size then Falador. This makes it the largest single Runescape 2 update ever.

Runescape 2 Dungeoneering requires you to fight monsters, solve puzzles, search for loot and keys, and also explore the dungeons until you come face-to-face with the epic boss monsters at the end.

This new RS2 skill has received some mixed reviews from players. Some like it, others say it’s pointless or it feels more like a minigame than a skill.

Luckily, for those of you that feel like it’s a waste of time but don’t want any low skill levels, there are Runescape 2 macros available to help you out. Macros can level for you by automating certain actions in the game.

For those of you ready to try out the new Dungeoneering skill, I suggest using RS2 hints to get you started and steer you in the right direction to level your skill in the most efficient way possible.

Are You Looking For A Free RS2 Auto Clicker?

Friday, April 9th, 2010

A Runescape 2 auto is a program capable of performing desired tasks without any human intervention. Players have different motives for seeking the assistance of a RS2 auto.

You may simply need an extra hand in leveling or some relief from the monotony. Or you may simply just not have the time to do all the leveling and that where RS2 autos can step in and do the work for you.

Runescape autos can be used to perform tasks such as mining, woodcutting, fishing, and crafting. If you are seeking the assistance of one of these programs, here is a simple, easy to setup Runescape 2 autoclicker that has helped me out alot.

  1. Download the program: Free Runescape 2 Auto Clicker
  2. Click “Open”
  3. Drag the RS2 autoclicker to your desktop
  4. Open it
  5. Enjoy!

Do you find the Runescape 2 Treasure Trail sliding puzzles as annoying as I do? They will without doubt test the patience of many RS2 players as it can be a tedious, oftentimes frustrating process solving them. The bad news is that chances are at one point or another in the game some NPC will ask you to solve one. The good news is that there is an easy way around them. Here’s how I solve them:

  1. Download this: RS2 sliding puzzle tool
  2. Extract the folder
  3. Then run the program
  4. Here what to do next (click on pic to enlarge):
  5. Now go to the puzzle section of Tip.it’s treasure trails guide
  6. Number each piece of the puzzle to correspond with the puzzle diagram in the program, do this in your head
  7. Move the blocks in the attached program to correspond with the position of your sliding puzzle:
  8. Click the “Replay(One move per click)” button and it will automatically solve it and chuck the tiles in the correct order.

You need only click the new step by step button that appears and it will the “Blank” tile one move at a time. All you have to do is follow it with your sliding puzzle. And remember, never log out until your puzzle is complete.
