Runescape hacks can enable you to do things that would otherwise be impossible to do, things that were never intentioned by the game creators. Here are some examples of what RS2 hacks are capable:
- Invincibility
- Duplicating gold
- Increased powers
- Higher levels instantly
RS2 hacks are highly sought after amongst players since they can allow them to play the game with no restrictions. There are, however, also different types of harmful hacks also that are out to target you.
Recently ABC News reported an incident where an 11 year old boy named Timmy got hacked in Runescape. Timmy spent years gaining his high level and was one day invited by another member to join a clan called the White Legion.

The player led Timmy to another site that turned out to be a fake Runescape site. The differences between the real and fake site were few and hard to recognize and in mere minutes Timmy’s password was hacked. Gone were the years of hard work and dedication.
There are hacks that can benefit you and there are also hacks that can harm you. Had Timmy been connected to a forum where members look out for each other and provide RS tips to keep your account safe, Timmy might still have his account he worked for so hard.

The following is a Runescape 2 tip to make easy money. Even though this is a quick way to make some RS gold, this strategy is for free members so it will of course not be as quick as making money in the member’s world.
Requirement
Anti-dragon shields – You can get these from the Duke in Lumbridge when you go on the Dragon Slayer quest

Directions
- Withdraw the anti-dragon shields from your bank account in noted form
- Go to the Duke’s room in Lumbridge Castle
- CLOSE THE DOOR behind you! This gives little heads up to anyone who should enter the room
- FIRST drop your noted shields, than talk to the duke
- This is where you will need FAST FINGERS! Click continue right away, select the first option, click continue, continue, and continue. So what you do is speed click your way through the message until the duke gives you the shield.
- Drop the shield IMMEDIATELY and talk to the duke again
- Repeat steps 5 and 6 (don’t drop too many shields in case other players should enter the room and take them)
- Pick up your shields QUICKLY
- Deposit them in the bank upstairs and withdraw them noted
- Repeat steps 2-9
- Sell your shields for a profit
To view a more detailed description of the guide and get more information and where to sell the shields and how much you can get from them, view this topic: Runescape money making tip

Towards the end of July, Runescape 2 announced a huge international PvP War. Players fought their enemies in team-vs-team battles within their own language division.
Number of battles: 6
World: 21
Location: Centre of Barbarian Village
Dates: July 31st and August 1st

The battles were free-for-all and took place with 4 different teams of 2 language divisions. Each team had to wear a team cape to represent the team they were on.
If you’re thinking about joining the next international war, be warned that it is not for the weak and faint of heart. You’ll not only be going up against some of the toughest opponents from all over the world but you are also at risk for losing your armour, items, and weapons if you die in the battlefield.
If you want to support your language community and fight for honor and recognition, make sure you are well prepared or it could end up disastrous. You can seek out RS2 guides where you can learn from PvP masters or if you can use a Runescape cheat for quick and instant results.

Runescape recently introduced new improvements and new rewards for the skill, Dungeoneering. Some of the updates include:
Class Rings
You will now be able to upgrade their ring of kinship to get assistance as they travel through Daemonheim. Rings can be improved from Tier 1 to Tier 10 simply by clicking on them and paying a few Dungeoneering tokens.
Construction Hotspots
Dungeoneers can now use their Construction skill in a dungeon to build things in the start room. If you gave a hammer, some bars and logs that are found in the dungeon you can create
- Farming patch
- Group gatestone portal
- Photo booth
- Prayer altar
- Range
- Skillcape stand
Group Gatestone
This is the default location found in the Construction hotspot. A group gatesone is given to the party leader and those using it will be teleported to wherever their group gatestone is or to whoever is carrying it.
Hidden Resource Dungeons
High level dungeoneers will now be able to find secret dungeons that are scattered through the world of Runescape. These dungeons will give one-off Dungeoneering XP reward and also hold useful resources such as new rune rocks and greater number of ‘busy’ monster spawns.
If you’ve chosen the path of a Dungeoneer, to make your journey more successful you can make use of RS2 Dungeoneer guides that have been created by members who have mastered the skill. This is a new skill and starting out can be a little confusing. With the help of Runcescape 2 hints you’ve be able to pick up on things right away and level smoothly.

What makes a Runescape auto so popular is its capability of doing tasks in the game on behalf of you. For example, let’s say you’re trying to level your woodcutting skill but you have to go to work or school, you can simply start uf the RS2 auto and let it go to work for you cutting trees.
A simple Runescape auto may just powerlevel your woodcutting skill by picking up the logs and dropping them. However, with a more sophisticated one you can have it pick up the logs, take them to a local bank, and them come back and repeat the whole process!
A RS mouse recorder auto is software that will record your mouse movement and automatically replay them. Whatever you do in RS2, it’ll mimic it.

There are many different mouse recorders available, however a good one is a little hard to come by. Many harmful ones are scattered all over the internet that were created for the sole purpose of stealing your account information. Some are too simple, making it easy to detect while other are too complicated making it hard to figure out.
If you don’t have one yet here is one of the better ones I’ve used: RS2 auto mouse recorder.
It’s safe, undetectable, and easy to use:
- Records your cursor movement
- Clicks and keystrokes
- Replays it over and over again
- Lets you create your own autos

Good news to the F2P (Free to Play) players, The Myths of the White Lands and the Swept Away Runescape 2 quests have been made permanently free-to-play. These two RS2 quests were created for the Halloween 2008 and the Christmas 2008 holiday events.
During these events, the quests were available to F2P players for two weeks and were then changed to P2P (Pay to Play) quests. Any free players who missed out on those two weeks in 2008 now has unlimited opportunities to do the RS quests.
Swept Away
Maggie the travelling witch needs your help finishing off something amazing the she’s cooking up in her cauldron. If you assist her, she just may share the finished product with you

Myths of the White Lands
Explorer Jack is constantly on the search for rare items. He has been tipped off by a passing snow imp who told him a tale of riches the distant Land of Snow. He wants you to go to see if the story is true

These two RS2 quests are replacing the Sheep Shearer and Witch’s Potion quests which were removed from the Quest List adventurers due to them not meeting the standards of the other quests in Runescape 2. You can, however, complete them for item rewards and experience. All you have to do is talk to Hetty the witch in Rimmington or Fred the farmer in Lumbridge and they’ll lead you in the right directions.
There are almost 200 quests in Runescape, each offering their own unique adventures and challenges. If you’re in need of some help, Runescape guides can lead the way. They are filled with RS2 quest tips and information to help you complete missions in a fraction of the time.

This week Runescape introduced ancient effigies to the potential loot you can get when you defeat certain monsters and creatures. Members who are up for the challenge of going against stronger, more powerful enemies will be more likely to find ancient effigies.
When it comes to ancient effigies, the saying that knowledge equals power has never been more true. These rare drops require you to possess various skills between levels 91-97 so you can feed them knowledge and get to the object stored inside them. Each effigy craves knowledge and in return grants power.

The skills that are needed are always paired with another skill so you can have a choice of which to use
- Agility or Crafting
- Construction or Thieving
- Cooking or Firemaking
- Fishing or Farming
- Fletching or Woodcutting
- Herblore or Hunter
- Mining or Smithing
- Runecrafting or Summoning
That’s not all though, you will have to be especially knowledgeable in at least one the skill pairs to successfully investigate the effigy.
Starved ancient effigies require a skill level of at least 91 to investigate, and become nourished. Nourished ancient effigies require a skill level of at least 93 to investigate, and become satedSated ancient effigies require a skill level of at least 95 to investigate, and become gorged. Gorged ancient effigies require a skill level of at least 97 to investigate, and will crumble to dust, their mysterious purpose fulfilled.
The ancient effigies rewards you with experience in the skill that you used to feed it knowledge.
- Starved effigies award 15,000XP
- Nourished effigies award 20,000XP
- Sated effigies award 25,000XP
- Gorged effigies award 30,000XP
The rewards are great but the journey there is a bit gruesome. Especially for low level players who are far from the 91-97 level mark. But luckily there is assistance available. There are programs known as Runescape 2 bots that can help you get those skill levels to where they need to be in record time.
Busy with work or school? No problem. These bots will get to work for you while you are off living your life. So whatever skills you need to level whether it be mining, woodcutting, or crafting, just put these RS2 autos to work so you can start collecting your rare items.

The longest time spent playing a MMORPG reported by the Guinness World Records 2010 is 16,799 hours. Between November 2004 and October 2009 Sara Lhadi spent an average of 9 hour and 20 minutes of play every single day. The game she played was Runescape.

To most of us that would seem a bit extreme, especially for a game where the common complaint is boring repetition and lack of new and exciting content. However most of us would love that maxed out account that is earned with countless hours of dedication to the game.
Well good news is you can have that high level runescape 2 account without slaving over the computer every spare minute you have, In fact you don’t even have to be at your computer! You can have leveling done for you without lifting a finger!
How is that possible? All you need to do is get a Runescape 2 bot. These are little programs that are designed to automatically go about tasks without any human intervention whatsoever! Some examples of RS2 bots are
As I’ve found out, getting that high level account is achievable without having the dedication and time to devote to the game like Sara Lhadi. All you have to do is get one of these amazing RS2 bots and put it to work for you.
